Meet our Founder

Jennifer Stich, M.A., BCBA

Jennifer Stich is the founder and owner of Above & Beyond Behavior Analysis and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly two decades of experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

She has worked in home, clinic, school, and community settings since 2006 and earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Jennifer has lived in Tampa since 2013 with her husband, three daughters, and their Pomeranian, Tater Tot.

After becoming a BCBA in 2015, Jennifer founded Above & Beyond Behavior Analysis in 2019 with a mission to provide high-quality, ethical ABA services that genuinely support both clients and staff.

Jennifer is passionate about meeting clients where they need support most-at home, in school, or in the community. She has advocated for ABA services in public schools across Hillsborough and Pasco Counties and values strong collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals.

At ABBA, Jennifer is committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and compassionate environment where clients, families, and team members feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Lori Greenberg

M.S., BCBA

Regional Director

Lori Greenberg, M.S., BCBA, Regional Director, is a dedicated behavior analyst with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and their families across a wide range of needs. A graduate of the University of South Florida, Lori brings a strong background in parent training and IEP advocacy, with a particular passion for meeting families where they are and helping them strengthen overall family functioning. She is especially committed to expanding and improving services for adults, ensuring support continues beyond childhood.

Lori values meaningful collaboration and works closely with clients, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members to create practical, individualized supports that lead to lasting outcomes. As both a professional and a parent who has personally navigated complex systems, Lori understands firsthand the challenges families face. This lived experience is what drew her to the field and continues to drive her mission to empower families to confidently advocate for themselves and their loved ones.

Outside of work, Lori is an avid Jeeper, a proud skating mom, and a devoted dog mom to her toy Australian Shepherd.
